KIM PAINE |
Serving as the Vice President, Kim is responsible for the operational management and strategic direction of Site Selection Services. Her focus is on strengthening her client and industry relations and process improvement within the company. Her portfolio of long-term clients range from corporations, to non-profit agencies and associations with her most extensive experience in pharmaceutical and medical meetings.
Kim's 15 years of experience contracting hundreds of meetings and in over 30 countries has made her knowledgeable advisor to her clients. Kim’s proven track record of strategic contract negotiations, cost savings & risk mitigation for her clients, has made her an invaluable asset to all organizations that engage her services.
Kim lives in Carlsbad, California with her husband, two daughters and dog. She is passionate about fitness and photography. On the weekends you will find her running, cycling or seeking an adventure with her family, all the while documenting their everyday life through her camera. She is a self-taught professional photographer specializing in children and family photography.
SCOTT SENTONARIS |
As the co-founding partner, Scott serves as the director of business development within the organization. Scott’s entire career has been in the hospitality industry. He began in 1991 with Marriott Hotels as a restaurant host and then entered the Marriott management trainee program, working in every department before finding his real passion in the hotel sales industry.
In 2002, Scott departed hotels to fulfill his vision, of establishing an innovative boutique meeting planning company. Scott has extensive meeting planning and negotiating experience working with large associations and Fortune 500 companies, overseeing client budgets ranging from $50,000-$5 million.
Scott lives in San Diego but still calls his native land, South Africa, home. He is a devoted husband and father to two girls, Madison and Brooklyn. You will find Scott playing with his girls, cycling, running, or watching/reading/talking about sports. Rugby is his coveted sport; the Springboks, the National Team for South Africa, are his heroes.

Joining the team in 2010, Cami serves on the Executive board focusing on the company’s marketing and new business development. She has over 17 years of experience on the hotel side of the business having been Director of Sales and Marketing, Group Sales Director and Senior Sales / Conference Service Manager for Starwood Hotels, Hilton Hotels and a few amazing Independent properties all over the West Coast.
Cami is very successful in negotiating, managing expectations and executing countless corporate level meetings and high-level incentive programs. Cami resides in Corvallis, Oregon with her husband, Jonas, a Basketball Coach at Oregon State University (Go Beavs) & their 4 children, Celia, Hudson, Jada and step-daughter Josie. In her non-existent free time; Cami loves to take a Barre3 class, catch up on healthy meal planning, the latest fashion trend and spend quality time with friends and family. But honestly, Cami most enjoys and excels in the role of SUPER-MOM and juggling 150 balls in the air!

Chrissy Benson, Global Account Director, with Site Selection Services enhances our team with 25 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry. Chrissy’s experience includes sales for Starwood Hotels and Two Roads Hospitality; and most recently, Director of Sales, Catering and Conference Services for L’Auberge Del Mar. There Chrissy coached, mentored and guided a team towards excellence while managing both annual team and personal financial goals. Under Chrissy’s leadership, L’Auberge was a named Hotel of the Year, Revenue Team of the Year and Sales Team of the Year.
Chrissy now brings her unparalleled level of hotel industry expertise to every client interaction benefitting her clients with savvy contract negotiations and procurement. She is a proven leader with a specialty in developing positive, long-lasting client relationships due to her remarkable attention to detail and willingness to always exceed expectations. With the help of Site Selection Services arsenal of global resources and sourcing technology, Chrissy is committed to researching and finding the best possible venues for her clients; ultimately allowing them time to focus their energy on the many other important details of their programs, while delivering the best overall value!
Chrissy resides in the seaside community of Birdrock where, in her spare time, she enjoys fast paced hikes at Torrey Pines State Reserve, yoga, shopping the local farmers markets, cooking and entertaining her friends and family while planning her next travel escape!
